Mr. Ferrer has spent the last 35 plus years working in international finance, process re-engineering, Information Services (IS) solutions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the integration of financial, manufacturing and sales systems. Mr. Ferrer has vast experience in the implementation of anti-money laundering detection via compliance procedures such as FinCen, PCI, OFAC, Patriot Act, KYC. Bank Secrecy.
Mr. Ferrer has a successful track record in obtaining credit line for his clients through international credit guarantee agencies such as the Import Export Import Bank of the United Sates, Brazil and the USA and Sinosure. Mr. Ferrer spent 17 years working for Westinghouse Electric Corporation. While working as Comptroller for the Westinghouse Transformer Division for Latin America Mr. Ferrer assisted in the negotiation of contracts with domestic and international financial institutions as well as developing an international network of distributors. Mr. Ferrer worked as CEO of EFT Services, Inc. an e-business firm specializing in financial, business and banking software, in charge of operations in Europe, the US and Latin America. Mr. Ferrer has held senior level positions in various other companies as well as developing various startup operations and successfully taken public some of these companies.
